Artichoke Dip and Award Winning ADL Extra Old White Cheddar
Make any ordinary artichoke dip extraordinary with the zing of old white cheddar from ADL.
125 mL (½ cup) mayonnaise
125 mL (½ cup) ADL sour cream
250 mL (1 cup) grated ADL extra old white cheddar
1 (398 mL/14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained
125 mL (½ cup) minced red onion
15 mL (1 tbsp) Lemon juice
salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 200ºC (400ºF). In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir together mayonnaise, ADL sour cream, ADL extra old white cheddar, and onion. When these ingredients are combined, mix in artichoke
hearts, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Transfer mixture to a shallow baking dish. Bake at 200ºC (400ºF) for 20 minutes, or until light
brown on top. Serve with crackers or toast points.
