Atlantic Tender Beef Kebabs

Enjoy BBQ season all year long with these savoury tender beef kebabs.


750 g (1 ½ lb) PEI Atlantic Tender Beef top sirloin or eye of round
(cut into 1 cm/ ½ inch cubes)
onions, peppers, mushrooms, zucchini and cherry tomatoes, all cut in small squares or cubes wooden skewers, soaked in water

Place beef and vegetables alternately on skewers. Marinate the beef kebabs in your favourite marinade overnight or at least 4 hours. Heat grill or broiler. Grill the skewers (kebabs) for 4 to 8 minutes. Serve with your favourite salad.
